The 5 Rites of Rejuvenation

In his book, “The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth“, author Peter Kelder brought the Five Tibetan Rites of rejuvenation into the mainstream. A so called ‘fountain of youth’, these 5 simple exercises can be done in 10 minutes in the morning. An effective chakra alignment practice, people like singer Jason Mraz have publicly shared the benefits they receive from the Five Rites.
