The great Kung Fu and Tai Chi teacher James Wing Woo, lived by his philosophy that regardless of your age and experience, you never achieve mastery. Woo was always interested in learning and growing. He turned to his students to discover the most effective way to teach posture, energy flow and movement. Right up until he passed away in 2014 at the age of 92, he was still vibrant and energetic.
Woo was a masterful ‘non-master’. The first two videos below give a sense of his approach to teaching. Recorded in his gym over a period of 2 years, the videos contain a detailed record of the techniques he taught.

Lesson 1b, the first part of the Tai Chi form
